It is believed that Winslow does have some talent. If the Buccaneers will sign WR Plaxico Burres, opportunity of winning will be bigger. Since there is no big-time playmaker in the Bucs, Winslow is recommendable to be one. At least his coach and teammates believe so.
But he can not make it all by himself. A good team is most important. How do you think?
